Being considered less than perfect. Learning to accept yourself and not feeling that you have to prove yourself to others is at the root of healing.

So introspect. Write down your imperfections. Critique them. Accept few of them & finally imagine how even your audience might accept you with those imperfections combined with your other, so to say, strengths.
