Be conscious of your hand movements aka GESTURES.
Make sure that you practise all 3 mentioned above.
Get comfortable with all them.
Make sure that gestures you are using are in line with the point being made.
Write down your observations/benefits or your favourite gestures here. Writing will emphasise that point and make your implement it in real life faster.
Stay Conscious of your GESTURES throughout the day whenever you talk.
