Do I need to pay monthly or yearly or as and when I buy the courses?

For LoyalPlan, you will have to pay yearly in advance. If you are not sure to commit for the year, you can also opt for a FlexiPlan, where you pay only $8 (INR 500) per user per course.

How does pay as you go works?

It’s simple. The more you pay as you add more users. e.g. If you opt for 24 users, you simply pay 24*INR 1200 = INR 28,800 (or 24*$18 = $432), if you add another 12 users, you additionally pay 12*INR 1200 = INR 14,400 (or 24*$18 = $216)

What is Course Entry Support? Can I do it on my own?

Yes, Course entry on our platform is very easy. We are offering 100% support for course entry as an optional service whereby we want to provide you extreme convenience for using our platform so that you can focus on content and its effectiveness. We will do the course entry in the system on your behalf, only for a nominal charge of $20 (INR 1500) per course. This service is completely optional. You or your team can also enter your courses in the system using your own login credentials.

Will the Certificates carry my branding?

Of course Yes! Certificates can be completely custom designed and we can work with you on the same for FREE!

How does the payment work? Do I need to give my Credit card credentials?

No. You don’t need to give us your credit card credentials. We use very reliable payment gateways. How it works is when you decide your plan and amount, we will share a link with you which will have subject product details. You simply need to transfer funds from any of your banks using our payment gateway (CCAvenue)

How will my users be enrolled to the courses?

Enrolling your users is all in your control. Once you buy the licence, you will get a Group Leader login where by you can add/remove users at your will. Once you add them, they will get an email with the login/course link. Once they register, they will be automatically enrolled into all your courses.

How can I track my team members learning?

You can track your team members who are enrolled into the courses by you from your dashboard.
